Business Information
Required — the Chamber submits vendor information to the OTC. They will contact you with any tax forms you need to complete.
Booth Space Selection
Booth spaces will be set along the sidewalks and in the grass of the Courthouse Square. Select the space you would like to reserve.
Agreement & Payment
I understand that payment will need to be made prior to the event date. The Chamber can accept payment by cash, check, or card. I am responsible for contacting the Hobart Chamber with any questions or concerns. I also understand I am responsible for paying any taxes due to the appropriate agency for the income I earn at this event. Please note: the Chamber will submit a sheet to the OTC with the required information for your business, and the OTC will send you any forms you need to complete.
